If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. To keep things simple and fast for our customers, all return and refund requests are handled directly through WhatsApp.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, unopened packaging (especially for healthcare and consumable products, which cannot be accepted if the seal is broken due to health and safety reasons).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (your Order Number).
2. How to Request a Refund
Please do not mail your item back before contacting us. To start a return, simply send us a message on WhatsApp:

When you message us, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the item you received.
- A brief reason for the return.
3. Shipping Your Return
Once our team approves your return request via WhatsApp, you can email your item to our headquarters:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive your item at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you via WhatsApp that we have received it.
If your return is approved after inspection, we will manually process your refund. The funds will be transferred back to your original method of payment or via direct bank transfer, depending on what we agree upon in out chat. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
